Engraving

Depending upon the style of the ring or jewelry item, we offer inside and outside engraving in script or block lettering, or in the customer’s own handwriting. Pricing varies for setup, with a maximum of 350 characters and two lines. For best visibility, we recommend a single line of 30 characters or less.

Please note engraving adds 1-3 business days.

Pearl Stringing and Re-stringing

• Repair and restring product sent to us
• Add clasps and components of your choice
• String pearls you buy from us from our inventory

• Sell pearls by the hank

Special Orders for Rings

Most styles can be special ordered in any size from 4 to 17; in any desired width; with or without IP plating in black, rose gold or yellow gold; with a polished or brushed finish.

• Special orders typically take 4-12 weeks but can take 4-16 weeks when ordered in November & December.
• An additional fee is applied to special orders.

Bracelet Services

While not covered by our lifetime replacement guarantee, we are more than happy to replace damaged links or customize length by adding or removing links. Please call or email to request an estimate.

Shipping

• Orders place Monday-Friday before 3pm will be shipped same day via UPS Ground. Rates are usually between $11-16 with estimated delivery within 1-3 business days. Exceptions include holidays, weather-related closings, engravings and special orders.
• For discounted shipping, request USPS First Class at time of order. The rate is $5, however same day shipping is not guaranteed. Delivery estimates can range from 2-10 business days.
• RUSH delivery is available upon request. We will compare FedEx, UPS and USPS rates to get you the best rate available. No additional fee is required beyond the quoted shipping fee.
